Bad Bunny is joining Woody and Buzz, and somehow, he might be the coolest toy in the room.

Disney and Pixar confirmed on May 26 that the Grammy-winning Puerto Rican superstar will voice a brand-new character in Toy Story 5, arriving in theaters on June 19, 2026. His addition was revealed alongside the film’s final trailer, which also put tickets on sale.

Bad Bunny Voices “Pizza with Sunglasses” in Toy Story 5

Bad Bunny is voicing a character named Pizza with Sunglasses, described as “effortlessly cool and mysterious” and “a member of a small but mighty community of forgotten toys that live in an abandoned backyard shed.”

The character fits Bad Bunny like a glove. The artist, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, has been steadily building his acting career with memorable appearances in Bullet Train and Darren Aronofsky’s Caught Stealing. He also appeared in Happy Gilmore 2 alongside Adam Sandler. A forgotten, mysteriously cool toy in a Pixar blockbuster feels like a natural next step.

He is not the only new addition. Alan Cumming also joins the cast as Evil Bullseye, Bullseye’s playtime alter ego. The core gang remains intact, with Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, and Joan Cusack all returning as Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie.

The film centers on Bonnie, now 8 years old, and her growing attachment to an AI-powered tablet named Lilypad (voiced by Greta Lee), which has sparked an identity crisis among her traditional toys. Woody, who walked away at the end of Toy Story 4, is pulled back into the fold as things escalate.

Toy Story 5 is directed by Academy Award winner Andrew Stanton, co-directed by Kenna Harris, and features an original score from Randy Newman returning for his fifth film in the franchise.
