4. What Happens After a Notice is Received
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Review the notice to confirm it is complete and valid
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly
- Notify the content contributor (where applicable) that the content has been removed
- Inform the contributor of their right to submit a counter-notice
5. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed content and its location before it was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of competent courts and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed legal action.
6. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users or contributors who are repeat copyright infringers.
7. False Notices
Please be aware that under the DMCA and other applicable laws, submitting a false or fraudulent takedown notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and legal fees. Only submit a notice if you have a genuine, good faith belief that your copyright has been infringed.
8. Fair Use
Not all use of copyrighted material constitutes infringement. Use of copyrighted material for purposes of commentary, criticism, news reporting, or education may qualify as Fair Use under applicable law. We review all takedown notices in this context before taking action.

We reserve the right to update this DMCA Policy at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
