Chapter 275 releases on September 13, 2026, in the West, landing in Japan on September 14 as part of Weekly Shonen Jump’s regular schedule.

The chapter goes up at 11:00 am Eastern Time, roughly 8:00 am Pacific, 4:00 pm British Time, and 12:00 am Japan Standard Time the next day. It will be available on the Shonen Jump app, Viz Media, and Manga Plus by Shueisha.

Chapter 274, titled “The Choice of Life”, pushed Uzuki’s fractured mind to its breaking point. His fight with Nagumo tore through a train station after Uzuki fused Prime Sakamoto’s instincts with Rion Akao’s stolen eyes, giving him an edge Nagumo admitted he could not beat through skill alone.

When Akira’s old wound reopened in the chaos, the sight of her getting hurt knocked one of Uzuki’s personalities loose.

Rion’s persona took control rather than let her own abilities be turned on her niece. The chapter then dropped into Uzuki’s mind, a quiet room of empty chairs where his personalities sit dormant, and let Rion confront the man hiding beneath all of them.

Nagumo pressed further, telling Uzuki plainly that Rion’s death was his own doing, forcing Uzuki to relive the impossible choice his brother Sei Asaki once gave him.

The chapter closed with Nagumo’s sword at Uzuki’s neck and a vow never to forgive him, while the editor’s note flagged Uzuki’s killing intent as still spiraling. Shonen Jump has confirmed Chapter 275 gets the magazine’s lead color page, a detail that usually signals a pivotal moment.

Whether Uzuki survives with any sense of himself intact, or Nagumo actually swings that blade, is exactly what Chapter 275 needs to answer.
