The FUBAR co-star was detailing the unconventional way the action legend keeps in touch and how an unannounced video call once interrupted her during a live radio broadcast.

During an appearance on Michael Rosenbaum’s Inside of You podcast, Feimster was asked if she still exchanges text messages with Schwarzenegger, and she revealed that traditional texting is completely off the table.
“He doesn’t have a phone,” Feimster explained. “He doesn’t email, but I email him. Yeah. He emails you back… Well, he used to just FaceTime me out of the blue. I would send him an email, and all of a sudden, like he was coming through.”
That spontaneous habit caught her completely off guard during a live broadcast, forcing her to halt production on air to answer the former governor.
“I had sent him an email like earlier, and I was on the radio, and I was like, ‘You guys hold on real quick. Arnold’s FaceTiming me,'” Feimster recalled. “And they’re like, ‘That’s hilarious.’ I knew if I needed to get a hold of him like right away, I would just text one of his people. They’re always around him, right?”
Despite the abrupt interruptions, Feimster emphasized that the dynamic between them has remained close ever since sharing the screen on Netflix’s action comedy.
“We got along really well. And, you know, I still go to like, his house for his Christmas parties and see him,” she shared. “And like if I emailed him and was like, ‘I want to go to Gold’s Gym with you this week,’ he’d be like, ‘Come on to school,’ you know, like that.”
For Feimster, navigating Hollywood with Schwarzenegger means accepting the quirks that come with action cinema royalty. Between dodging a cell phone entirely and dropping in unannounced on live broadcasts, the 79-year-old icon clearly marches to the beat of his own digital drum.
