Taylor Swift‘s famous pet family has officially expanded beyond her feline trio. The white Samoyed puppy shared by Swift and Travis Kelce has stepped into the spotlight, making an unannounced appearance in Tommy Hilfiger’s latest global campaign.
Taylor Swift’s New Pup Steps into the Spotlight
The campaign, set around New York City’s Plaza Hotel and Central Park, features an ensemble cast including Gigi Hadid, Peggy Gou, Jisoo, Frances Tiafoe, Carmelo Anthony, and designer Tommy Hilfiger. When the creative team looked for a dog to complete the scene, Kelce volunteered their own puppy rather than booking a trained studio pet.
“We figured, why not her?” Kelce told Vogue. “She crushed it, and actually really fit into that Tommy aesthetic, too. Those are some of my favorite shots.”
Kelce also noted that the puppy “lights up my day.” While neither Swift nor Kelce has formally confirmed the name, Forbes reported it to be Wendy.
The Samoyed first stirred fan speculation in July when photos surfaced of Kelce walking the fluffy white dog off Swift’s private jet in Palm Beach, following earlier sightings of the pup during the couple’s summer stay in New York.
The arrival of a puppy marks a noticeable lifestyle evolution for Swift, whose loyalty to her three cats, Scottish Folds Meredith Grey and Olivia Benson, and Ragdoll Benjamin Button, has long been a cornerstone of her public persona. She previously told Time that she appreciates cats for being “very dignified” and “very capable of dealing with their own life.”
