One Piece Chapter 1195 gave Zoro control of Conqueror’s Haki through one lesson from Mihawk, a sense of self. It worked fast, because Sommers watched his severed arm refuse to grow back.
Chapter 1195, titled “Weakness,” picks up from there, and early spoilers suggest Sommers now has good reason to be afraid. Sanji’s fight with Killingham also takes center stage.
Zoro Turns the Tables on Sommers in One Piece Chapter 1195

According to brief spoilers from Pew(@pewpiece) on X, Zoro has mastered Conqueror’s Haki coating in chpater 1195 and with fire in his eye, he is about to attack Sommers.
Sommers cries in fear and tries to run away but Zoro eventually catches up to him, and a scream echoes shortly afterward.
The reversal is a direct result of Mihawk’s lesson. In 1194, Sommers mocked Zoro for failing to control his Haki and leaned on his regeneration. Once his severed arm refused to regrow, that confidence lost its footing, so he tries to run away.
However, it’s unclear whether Zoro reaches the steel heart that Chapter 1193 identified as Sommers’ weakness, and the scream leaves that outcome open.

Sanji, Gunko, and Biblo’s Chest Fill Out the Chapter

Sanji’s fight with Killingham takes a punishing turn. Sanji kicks Killingham’s body into pieces, but he still cannot finish him off, and he is already covered in injuries.
Gunko, also known as Shuri, wakes up and cries. She remembers her past with Brook but says she is Gunko from the Manmayer family and runs away. Brook tries to help her, but she cannot hold back her tears.
Biblo, the giant owl, explains that a human named Lili lived in Elbaph long ago. His grandfather has a chest containing something Nefertari Lili left there 800 years ago, though what is inside still cannot be seen.
Both threads look like setup rather than payoff to me. Gunko rejects the identity Brook is reaching for, and the chest stays closed.

And then the final page lands, with the panel ending on Sanji remembering the two years he spent with Ivankov and the Okamas during the time skip. A terrified Sanji recalls Ivankov telling him:
“You have a serious weakness!”
That is a sharp note to end on, because the spoilers frame Sanji’s training as a warning rather than a source of strength. He is struggling against Killingham, and the last page suggests the reason may lie in something Ivankov spotted years ago.
The chapter title, “Weakness”, ties it together as Zoro overcomes the limit Sommers pointed out, while Sanji is reminded of one he has carried since the time skip. The spoilers never name the weakness, so the answer is likely saved for the official chapter.
One Piece Chapter 1195 drops officially on October 11, 2026, on Manga Plus and Viz Media. You can check releases times for your region here.
