That hand belongs to Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez, summoned by Urahara straight into the Gift Ball Deluxe.
It doesn’t end cleanly. As Askin dies, he reveals the Gift Ball Deluxe’s internal poison and pressure have spiked without him there to keep it in check, trapping Urahara and Grimmjow inside a sphere that’s now working against them too. Nel Tu, seeing the opening, moves in to pull them out.
